Skills required:

  • Previous experience holding a similar position is nice to have but not a must 
  • Upper-Intermediate English level 
  • Responsible, well-organized, problem-solving person
  • Attention to details, multitasking 
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Talented in copywriting and storytelling will be a plus 



  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Document flow handling
  • Supplier management
  • Business trips/ relocation process support
  • Cooperation with lawyers, notary officer
  • Sending/receiving correspondence
  • Coordinate with system administrator on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
